At Korssa, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within the conditions outlined below.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours after placing your order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If 30 days have passed after delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
We accept returns for both:
- Unwanted items
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged items
- Defective products
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In new condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition may not be accepted.

Please do not send items back before receiving approval from our customer service team.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, Korssa will provide a free return shipping label and return instructions.
Customers do not need to pay any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
After review, we may provide:
- Replacement item
- Exchange
- Refund (where applicable)
Exchanges
Korssa accepts exchanges for eligible items.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must remain in new condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Sale Items
Sale items and promotional items are eligible for return according to the same return conditions unless otherwise stated.
Restocking Fee
Korssa does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Return Address
For security and processing purposes, return addresses are not publicly displayed.
